I like the sound of the attacks, but not really the buzzes that come after.

Well, that's because that sample is with a gated fuzz.

If the bass goes directly into an envelope filter, and you play and hold the note, does the holded part still gets filtered? Or does the sound just returns to normal?

Umm... as the note decays the filter will "cloe" again.

just making sure, is AX5B pretty much the same as AX3000B, except with a few less buttons?
