You might try LudwinMusic.com they have a couple Koussevitzky whole Orchestra pieces, but I'm not sure if they have the Concerto.

Koussevitzky: Double bass concerto op. 3

The publishing house Forberg, a catalogue that now belongs to Ricordi, published some of the most important works in Russian music - such as Prokofiev's first piano concerto and Koussevitzky's double bass concerto. These are two works in the tradition of Russian late-Romanticism, but on the verge to modernism.

You might try LudwinMusic.com they have a couple Koussevitzky whole Orchestra pieces, but I'm not sure if they have the Concerto.

I used Ludwin's string version of Bottesini no 2, and I would not wish that on anyone. Many, many unnecessary changes and typos. Really!? Bottesini wrote a version for strings. You don't need to rewrite everything!

I don't know his Koussevitzky, but look at it carefully before scheduling your rehearsals and sending the parts off.
