I've got a beat on this one, but the guy wants 660 shipped. 4 mos old. The ash figuring is unbelievable and he says it is as stunning in person. I'm seriously thinking about it.

OK, got a natural/rosewood 5501 coming from the factory. Pics when it gets here late next week. Thanks to Dan and Leo at Lakland! Someone will love Matt's very unique 55-01.

Lakland does one of the best looking burst finishes if you ask me. Personally, I prefer rosewood with that finish, but to each his own. I have a '79 Sabre with a maple neck that will be buried with me.That's a beauty, by the way!
