Oh! I forgot to say that i'm getting a Stingray + cash for the 55-94!

55-94 playing demo - goofed on mid freq mentioned in the vid.
...also had to cut out nearly my entire intro in the proto vid because it was 11 mins total length and youtube cuts it at 10 mins.
I'm in. My wife hates the color so I like it all the better.

Well, here is a repost of mine...but something interesting did happen yesterday. I got home from work and the Mrs. was waiting at the door for me. She took me by the hand into my music room and started apologizing. It appears that while she was cleaning, my JO5 was accidentaly knocked off the stand. No real damage, a very very small, light scratch on the lower horn, that is not really noticeable unless you really look. She felt awful and told me to mkae up for it...go ahead and buy my 55-02. So, I will have a 55-02 on the way to me by the end of the day. I told her it wasn;t a big deal and not to worry about it, but she insisted. Anyway, my twins today.....

lol...i'm only doing the trade because if i don't like the ray, i can resell it. my sterling on the other hand...if i like the ray, i might see what the black hardware looks like on it. otherwise, i'll sell both and put that towards the Lakland jazz of my choice.
Thanks! Yes....Pat Wilkins (the guy who finishes Lakland's US basses) refinished it for me. I sent him a photo of a Gretsch, and he matched it. He did a perfect job!

Yep. The color never shows up the same in different pics / angles / lighting. My wife hates it so badly she makes me leave it outdoors, hence the exterior shot.
Spencer is a helluva nice guy. Got to talk to him for about an hour several weeks back.
