Well, I went to Purdue, but since moving down here to Alabama about a year and a half ago I found out you are forced to pick an SEC team....and typically it it 'Bama or Auburn, although I am close enough to Chattanooga, that there are a fair amount of TN fans too. I would say I am an Alabama fan as long as it suits me..lol. I get to go to games regularly through work, and it's always on TV. I am actually a DIE HARD CHICAGO BEARS FAN!!! I get a lot of weird looks for flying my Bears flag out front. Everyone see's blue and orange and assumes AUburn.

Hey bama, no offense but just had to beat GregC to it: Go Gators!!!

Tigers, War Eagles and now Bears. They'll take any mascot you throw their way if it comes up a "W".

But looks like you're in the perfect company for the Chicago fans - LOG! Think Doug's son was looking at going to Purdue too.

i'm not nearly as hardcore as you guys, no matter how many i buy, i always end up trading or selling them.

however, i AM hoping that Leo has something good for me to buy that's not over $2k, lol.

heh...don't need to get that taken care of until 2-3 months from now. there's already one picked out and everything. maybe i'll post a pic after work. it's a long day today, though...in at 0630, then a class from 1300-1600, so yippee 9.5 hours at work!!

Do any of you know if you can retro fit a Chi-sonic humbucker and single into a 44-02? I realize this could go in the pickups area but you guys seem to know everything in this group ( a far as Lakland is concerned ).

They can do it, but i think the routs for the ears of the MM would still be there. There's a 55-02 that got dual chi-buckers and the pickups aren't as wide as the original humbucker. check for the chi-sonic thread.

OK, I took the new DJ5 to rehearsal and it was crazy.... I almost went home, the darn bass was all but playing itself!!! I looked down and was actually playing on the "B" string instead of using it as a thumb-rest.
What the heck?!?!??
