LAKLAND OWNERS GROUP #28

Got a question for all of you very knowledgeable Lakland owners. In looking at the specs on the Lakland website for the 55-02, the neck width at the last fret reads 3.3 in, which correlates to 84 mm. That is a surfboard in relative terms for a 5 string. I seem to remember looking at the specs earlier this year when they read 2.9 in, which correlates to a much more manageable 74 mm. Is the 3.3 an accurate measurement? If so, I'll have to look for a used 55-02. Thanks.

Paging Markus.....did you change the specs? I think they have always been the same....and it feels very comfortable I might add....and not "surfer" like in any way....'course I do not play that high up usually......typically stop at 12....sometiime 14....

Hey, just a quick "curiosity" question to all of you JO users... you know who you are.
Do you generally run vvtt all the way up? How much do you guys mess with the t/v controls? Thanks.

actually, with a passive bass, I play with it quite a bit....not so much with the active basses (too much tweaking to get the right sound and not enough time between songs).....mostly playing with the v/v to get sounds and Occasionally the t.

Nah, that seems like more of an East coast thing... being a Chi-town boy, I am always craving something more like this...

Thanks you A-holes, now I want a 55-02 and I'm hungry.

I'm diggin the aeros so far... I have a fresh set of lo-riders that I will put on after a few days, as well. I wish I could find FatBeams around here.

There will be Four USDJs in here by the end of the day! Who else has been able to say that with < 50 made.

wellll..technically, Mr. Matt - but yours are all US versions and his were all Skylines...think about it Evan - you will have almost 10% of total production under one roof.....for how long? when does the 'burst leave?

Nope! I didn't change it! Don't have any 5er's in this house!
