You're telling me that the chrome hardware and a black pickguard wouldn't rock in with this color? Pleaze!

Cool! I'm even willing to be lambasted to prove it's beauty! I was thinking I'd try tort too!

I had a van in this color & it is much along the lines of LPB or CAR in that it's not all that impressive in photos cuz it's SO hard to capture it's total awesomeness!

That said, I'll put my vote in for the black guard, tort... :rollno:
 
Mornin' all :o....

I wanna see a mockup of "the brown in [Markus'] head" bass w/ a Chi or Darkstar, cause we all know it won't have a split P and therefore NO bull deflector. And, I think that if he goes w/ the matching headstock and black PG, that the fretboard will need a little maple to brighten the total package up a bit: ebony w/ BEM blocks like Evan's beauty, perhaps?? And, of course a BEM board w/ dots or ebony blocks MAY work as well...
