no longer in production?

who makes em for them
They are definitely still in production, we saw some at the shop today! If you're looking for JO flats, they're on backorder. Not sure why you wouldn't be able to get the others.

Check this out!

lakland and marcus miller are getting together.

He decided on the 5594 instead of a classic jazz:hyper:

thinking of cutting one of these up

.. big fan of pickguards

Haha, nice mockup. I don't think that it looks super-bad but I wouldn't put one on my -02 at this point in time

you know.....sometimes ladies are at their sexiest when they are ill and need a little pick me up!!! She was sexy as ever!!!

the 55-02 sounds SWEET and I am sure it will (sound sweet I mean!) congrats on the Lakland Frankin bass....

Ooooo , what'd you think of my lady? She's schmexy aye, even though she's a little sick: neck p'up not working :hmm:... they'll have her at 100% soon. They're also replacing the truss nut (it's worn and getting brittle) and refreshing/oiling the neck.

Carl is also building a fretless 55-02 using the old Bart MM/J pups and pre that were in Sexual Chocolate "SC" before the Chi-bucker LH3 mod. Leo had a B stock body (finish flaw), I had the extra fretless neck and hardware that I got w/ Shadowfax.... it just made sense to put together a fretless 55-02, plus you know how good the old Barts are... and these are probably close to 15 years old :bassist:.

I am surprised it would cost anything retooling wise. Wouldn't the body be the same as the Glaub just routed for a single coil P pickup? That and a new pickguard seems to be the only thing you would need.

A '51 Tele has no forearm or tummy cut, that's why Kevin cut mine by hand. And the routes are in different locations. Believe me, i've already pondered trying to turn the LOG bass into a Tele 5er.... won't work :atoz:.
