Your hilarious...where's my knee, so I can slap it:D

Actually I was running the jazz knobs on Goldfinger for some contrast. Chrome knobs were long gone on that bass.

Took delivery yesterday and dug right into it - after a change of strings and a full setup I decided she was gig ready... Was kinda worried since I haven't even rehearsed with her, but it wasn't an important gig so to speak so I took my chances.

Let me just say she performed wonderfully. I got lots of compliments on the tone. This was my original band and some of the songs are heavy dub-reggae types and our keyboard player/band leader kept on giving me "the look" the entire time, it was just so present and heavy sounding. The neck is to die for!

I'm already in love with her! :bassist:

Very cool and Bold!!!

I just noticed that both the D and G strings are installed on the wrong (bottom/under) side of the Tuner Posts at the head. That's got to play hell on the nut... Let's hope you strung it on the top side of these two posts.
