I'm driving one:p

@Markus: Well, if Lakland would hurry with the Trans White 55-60 I'd have some more stuff to post:D

Engine room....ahead, full speed!:D

In on this one. Looks like I need to step up my game, only 5 posts in the last thread?

Of course, I am actually a Lakland owner now, finally.

Oh Markus, I played JJ's doubleneck and he said he wasn't digging it and would trade it to me for a fish sandwich. Thinking about taking the deal. ;-)

Is that with tartar sauce, or without?:eyebrow:

Hey, whatever happened to the Panda?

Poor Panda:atoz:

Hey, whatever happened to the Panda?

good question! The LOG would not buy him a LOG bass so he went off sulking in the corner and ate his bamboo in peace.

Chinese restaurant made a buffet of him.

LOL!!!!

Sounds like a GREAT deal! BTW - WHERE are pics of YOUR LOG bass?

Yeh! I cannot acrry this thing on my back any more! I am getting old and the back ain't as strong as it used to be!

Be strong. After all, you're the Doude!

LOVIN it....mucho!!!!

That sweet blue one is still my fave of your axes... for as long as you have it. You change basses like nobody else I know.

I was hoping to see a Sadowsky killer, but at the price listed on the site, they're too expensive for what they are. at $4900, I expect a spalted maple top and abalone markers if I want 'em. Bear in mind that the fretboard pictured on the site is an $800 upcharge.

Personally, I think that price is Lākland's weakest point. Which is too bad, because the US basses are bloody exquisite.

Er, it kinda looks like the control knobs are really tightly-spaced, too. Or am I seeing things?

Tartar sauce on the side.

Hey, Markus did you ever do a mockup with the rosewood LOG bass with a pearloid pickguard? I was discussing matching the pickguard to the inlays on the rosewood with JJ yesterday, and he was all for it. Of course, it's not his money or his bass :smug:

If not, do you think you could do a quick mock up for me? Many thanks. :hyper:
