Well, not because I didn't like the Lakie. It turned out it was meThe sound and feel I was (and am) looking for was kind of there in the 55-60, but not quite yet. The neck wasn't made for me and I found out on a few recordings that my way of playing didn't suit the bass that well. I need more of an addition to my '66 Fender and I didn't find that in the Lakland, and I did find it in another bass
