Well.. I'm the self proclaimed ultra traditionalist. I'll be getting a mint guard because... crap that's the look. Crap I even wrangled oval tuners just because.That's the look.

The smack in my face is that is SO the opposite of my taste.

Just an APB for anyone seeking a DJ5: my 2012 DJ5 is currently for sale in the classifieds section. It's a featherweight at 8 lbs. 12.4 oz. with an Audere JZ3.

I figured that the giant chrome pickups ruined any hope of it looking "traditional." I also have a white and a matte black guard for it. They all look cool in their own way. Oh, I actually have a Gold sparkle guard too, but it sorta looks like a stripper's thong... so it never went on the bass (it was made by accident). Maybe the lady above would like to have it...
