Thank you guys! Here is my story.
I have owned several good basses: Fodera, Smith, Fender CS, Sadowsky, etc. And the best one I'd say is the Fbass VF6 (the fretted one). I always was looking for vintage tones of single coils, and the VF6 have it.
Regarding the Fbass fretless. I feel a little bit lost with the unmarked fingerboard, and it doesn't sound so good as the VF. It's an expensive bass (more expensive than the Lakland) but it's pretty difficult to sell it. So may be it's a good idea to accept the trade offer for the Lakland.
The only thing I think I will dislike from Lakland is its modern tone. I don't really like Music Man's sound, and Laklands 55-94 have exactly that tone on bridge pickup, unless I use it in single coil mode
