Well, as far as JO's go, I think I can live with mine, although I WOULD love to have my LOG bass back...

Would love to see this one with a matte black guard!

Chicago-land Laklanders....

Who is better to deal with, Bass Club Chicago or Rock-n-Roll Vintage. They both have a Lakland that I want, but I know nothing about either place. I want to jockey for the best price and best customer service. I hate dealing with scummy/shady shops.

Been away for 7 days working on an Island at the Joisey shore.
Had a blast!
Now back to reality and to resume regular programming :D
See there is a new thread...so here are the usual US Laklands.
The 4 that remain.

I have had nothing but good experiences buying from Mark and Jody at Bass Club. I have zero experience with the other.

Refin- yes. Neck decals- hells no!

This was apparently one of two JO5's that made it out of the factory with leftover LOG bass necks and natural finish. I happened upon it on ebay and got a killer deal. I love it, and will probably keep it forever (unless I find someone willing to trade a LOG bass for it, I'm truly a "P" guy). REALLY wish I could have my orange metal flake LOG bass back :/

Wow! What's the story? Refin? Vinyl neck decals?

Looks nice!

Can't beat a Marty Bell sparkley-fied Lakland!
