I was just about to order a new pickguard for my Glaub and saw that the Jeannie Pickguards ebay shop does not exist anymore. Does any of you kind people out there know if Roger is coming back or if there is any other places to order a brown tortoise pickguard for a Korean Skyline Glaub.

Try Mike Quick at www.quickguards.com if I recall. Nice guy.

I really like the GS decal to match the car. In this case, I'd rather see the car. A GS 455 is a rare bird.

I agree....bronze is not my fav color but still....

LOL...I know I know....but it is a "dry heat"....whatever!

I must have had my days mixed up on my calendar, I didn't realize it was LOG Snark Week already... :eyebrow:

every week is Snark Week

^ what G said....when are we NOT snarky???

Yeah... I hear you. I got pretty beat up in the Army myself, but a lot of physical therapy, determination and just plain stupidity got me back into lifting form. I am recovering from a bum hip currently and it is terribly frustrating. Probably why I need so many basses...

I did a tour in the Marines and a tour in the Army. Airborne and Air Assault. Pain is my middle name.

THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!

TEX..BOTH Marines AND air assault? wow...quite the accomplishment!...I mean that with all sincerity!

why did you switch services??? just curious...I do not hear about that that often.

Can we have a Silent LOG moment to remember all those who lost their lives this day 12 years ago and those who died in the line of duty and those who continue to serve to rid the world of scum and villainy?

......

......thank you.....now back to the snarky commentary.

Marines from 1993-1997, the Army from 2003-2005. Honestly, I only did the Army because they offered me a HUGE enlistment bonus after 9/11 because of a combination of civilian skills and skills gained in the Corps. For those of you wondering, it was NOT worth the money. I have a laundry list of injuries that Laklands help ease the pain.

Thanks BP. It looks like Tex and I had many similar "experiences" while enlisted...

Back to Lakland talk... I have been trying to be patient and wait for something close to what I want to pop up for sale, but I have not had much luck. I spoke with Brian today at length about doing a custom order... The question is, do I want to sacrifice the 6-7 months of pain and anticipation...
