OK guys...I want to share some clips of White Lightening and Blue Velvet from out recent gig but I cannot figure out how to post them here.

Marcel suggested soundcloud but I cannot seem to get songs to upload on that site...I go through the steps and it seems to just sit there saying "loading" but NOTHING happens...

also - we do mostly (99%) covers and soundcloud seems to frown upon loading covers.

help a guy out.... :)

OK....so I finally figured it out!

Doggone windows explorer!!!

Chrome seemed to work.

Nice clips, Blue Velvet sounds good! And White Lightning's low B on Amie sounds nice and fat!

That was a good one. I'd have been all over your 44-60 CS if circumstances were different.

I'm on the same page. I sold my US Lakland Hollowbody on Sunday. Spent Thurs through Sunday lamenting to my wife "I DON'T WANNA SELL IT!" :( but something has to go and I let the (slow) market dictate which.

Thanks. For some reason I thought you'd be the one to chime in. I'm going to keep my eye open for a Metro Will Lee. Hopefully nothing shows up "soon".

That -07 sounds excellent! Nice hearing how full the higher notes sound in a band-mix.

That's one of my favorite songs. Bass tone is good and I hate to say it but some of those low notes make me think about a low B. So I'd have to go with tuning a 4 to BEAD :ninja:

Solid vocals and drums from your group! (Not that there's anything wrong with the rest - I tend to just pay most attention to vox and drums.)

Are any of you guys using microsoft skydrive? I tried uploading some pictures from an album there into a FS thread with no luck. I'd like to finally get some pictures of my Lakie posted here using that program, any tips?

Yup....great song! and Rob does a great job....the piano player only played it a couple of times....he came "close" to nailing it...hope to do that song again in the future so he can REALLY nail it...

We are blessed with some GREAT vocalists (just need to get one of the girls to get a "presence" on stage...she belts it out but is pretty meek on stage....just kinda stands there...but lets say that is not ALL bad...:D:smug:)

The drummer and piano player are BOTH music majors (oh and the drummer is an engineer...so he is really precise)...I love the way Lee (drummer) nailed the "bells" on "Don't Stop Believing. "

the guitar players are also good (we have 5 that rotate in and out)....

These people have made me a much better player than I was 10 years ago (although I have a loooong way to go!)

as for the Low B - TAKE THE DIVE MAN!
