Lakland Owners Group #69

Hi! I think this is my first post in this community. I'm planning to buy a USA 44-64 and I wondered if you guys could cure my OCD. I'm obsessed with the fact that the truss rod access and the hole on the pickguard are not 100% aligned. My concern is: is the truss rod centred to the neck? Is the pickguard slightly off (which is not that big of a deal for me)?. I need to make sure the truss rod y perfectly centred to the neck itself. Thanks!

(I know the photos aren't the best)

Welcome aboard! And the photos are fine.

Pickguard notch may be a millimeter off. Non-issue, IMO. Get the bass!

My band, The May Divide began work on our second album. I used my 44-02 for the first day of recordings.

Lakland sighting.

Her playing is so amazing. I love the way she brings so much melody in without losing the rhythm.

And her tone settings are atypical for slap, turning down both the treble and bass with a healthy boost to the mids. It sounds really good!

Agreed... I'm very jealous of her talent and sound
