This one just arrived last month, ordered at the end of July, definitely worth the wait.
Took the 4-94'ish Carlo to my VFW honky tonk gig last night. When I started playing with this fellow a few months ago I was just playing my classic styled basses (modded MIM P-bass and artcore) because they fit the look so well. However the Carlo snuck into a casual gig a few weeks ago and has making appearances since. Last night it sounded and played so good that I didn't even pick up the P-bass.
It's probably coming to every gig now. Might not fit the old-school country look (and this is a real consideration to me) quite as well as a P-bass, but the general shapes and block inlays still have a reasonably classic look to them. Further, I increasingly can't see the point in having such a nice instrument if it isn't being played out.

She's getting a spa treatment this week at the local music store. Some new strings, a setup and a proper detailing which will include being checked out by a non guitar center employee. can't wait to get it back.
That's a beauty! Really digging and the Lakland PJs sound and neck action that is like butter since I got mine. You're gonna dig it I bet.

Is playing for crocodiles considered a dangerous gig?
I would imagine they’re a bit tempermental

I don’t get hazard pay if that’s what ya mean lmao. I’ll buy him a Shiner while we’re setting up and he’s good to go. Best security you can have is a croc thatlll work for beer lol
