I'm pimping out my BG - while swapping out the Neopunch for the Fralins, I'm changing the p'up covers and putting the tort guard on.

The bass does sound nice and dark with this mahogany body. So drastically different from the other one which is Cut City. Great to have that low B again too. 34" scale feels so nice.

When I feel like I need more cut, I just play the blue one with singles. It's a nice thing to have variety.

I was gonna wait for a new Lakland Thread to repost , but Eh, oh well.

Glad you like it do much! I am NOT surprised that there is no J bass setting.....but hey.....you got Ssoooooo many more sounds to choose from..

Yup....the chisonics are crazy nice!
Played mine at church Sunday.....very good in the mix but with a personality....

Haven't posted the sisters in a while....so, thought I would throw them in today! And the fact that I am about to add another sibling to the family makes it even better! Going this weekend to pick up a used DJ5. I owned a DJ4 with the Aero pups until like a fool I sold it to fund another bass. So, I cannot wait to get one back in the family!
