Lawnmowers are sky high!

I bought an electric.

I bow in your general direction!

The lawnmower works great, but it does not like tall grass. That drains the battery quickly. I will buy an extra 40v battery to make cutting lawn quicker.

Coulda told ya. Never buy an electric tool with only one battery. Always have a spare battery and a charger., because batteries peter out quickly under load. Live and learn, right?

And BTW, latest reports from Motor Trend vehicle tests indicate that electric cars actually average about 20% less range than the government-posted range estimates. If you have a car with a 300 mile range (which is on the high end) then your real range is likely to be closer to 240 miles. Battery life is a tricky thing.

Actually, now that I have found the right height at which to cut the grass the battery does wear before I’m finished.

Who woulda thunk that? ;)
