Double Bass Lead sheet for Milestones?

Can someone point me at a good source for a lead sheet for Milestones? Is it in some fake book?

It's in the old Real Book Vol. 3. It's a modal tune and there's really not much to the changes. It's AABA with the A section being 6 bars of G- (Dorian) and two bars of F. The B section is unusual in that it is 16 bars long and it's all A- (Aeolian) with a latin/suspended feel. That's it.

That is, of course, if you are talking about the NEW Milestones. The OLD Milestones has a lot more changes.
