If real, its basically a repackaged Dimension (Factory guy says to foreman and visiting middle management guy "Hey, I found a bunch of boxes with Dimension parts taking up space on the shelves. Should I throw them out?")
If only! And with a Squier price tag, I might be in for one. A couple finish choices would ne nice, like a black-to-white fade.
If it is a Player Plus it will be $1200. So it will be a Squier price tag, except its two Squiers.
Player plus is fender Mexico. He was using squier as a measurementThat'll ruin it for me, then. There isn't a Squier guitar on Earth that I'd pay $1200 for.

Yeah, I was about to say the Meteora line is/was/will be Fender and ask Templar if they meant it as a dig, like this is really a 'Squier in disguise,' or weren't aware of what the actual badge will likely be.
Why don't you ask me yourself? It's not a dig. "Squier" is in the thread title...why?
It' a MIM Player Plus series, no Squier.
This was leaked on another forum, grabbed from the Fender Dealer website. Coming in march, in all PP flavours (sunburst, silverbust and "modern Stratoburst" finishes):

I just got some more info. Turns out its a 34". There is also different colors.Glad it's real! Hoping it's 32" or30", or at least standard fender heel for a conversion neck.
and love the paint job, hope there is more than one unusual option though
