Mine arrived yesterday and it played so great right out of the box I decided to bring it to this weekends gigs, thought it was interesting how long it is next to the Dingwall NG3 which has a 37” low B!

Wow, I knew it was going to be a long bass but that's pretty surprising. Anyone have the overall length of the Rascal? I love being able to throw my short scale basses in a guitar bag but it looks like that might not be possible with the Rascal.
I loosened the the screws did a little push and VOILA!... Locked the screws back in and now all the strings also fall into place over the pole pieces on the pickups. Thank you for the tip.Just about every bolt-on guitar may exhibit that issue. Sit down, loosen the bolts 1/4 turn, put the bass in playing position but with the strings facing you, secure the body under your right armpit and with your left arm push up or down on the headstock to tilt the neck in the direction that will even out the string to edge distance. While keeping tension on the neck with your left arm that way, tighten the bolts with your right arm.
I wasn't sure what to make of the green when seeing it "live" for the first time but truth be told it really changes depending on the environment. I'm digging it, kind of a Hot Wheels / 60's - 70's Schwinn bike metallic look. I took it on a quick photoshoot ( a weird quirk of mine ) via my phone around the house. There's also some with it's parent! Sorry, no videos of how the bass sounds as I'm not set up for that but through some headphones it's nice. Here's some eye candy. Hope you enjoy.
