Les Claypool's Setup

Reviving this to update a few things because this is one of the first results on google when you search up Les Claypool "Setup" or "Gear".

First, As of 2011 (New Years 2010-2011 to be precise), he has been using his custom "Pachyderm" Bass which is actually not designed by Carl Thompson, Though he still uses the fretless 6 string.

The one thing I'm really curious about is the past couple of time's I've seen him, he had some sort of console thing on a stand next to him, which looked like it might have been hooked up to one of his pedals. Perhaps a controller for the Virus or the Korg, but not one article, interview, or anything I've seen mentions or hints at what it is. Here's a pic from last year of him using the new bass. You can kinda see the console thing I'm talking about too

Also his rack setup hasn't changed too much, That keyboard on top of the rack is actually an Alesis Micron, what its hooked up to and what its for I'm not sure. Maybe the midi pedals? He still uses the API Pre-amps, one for compression, the other for Eq. He still had the Mackie Power amp last time I saw him (New Years this year), but he had something else above the Pre-amps I couldn't Identify, I think its a wireless system but I'm not sure. Here's a pretty awful picture if anyone wants to give it a shot.

Plus, besides the Banjo Bass, he also has a Resonator bass. In an interview with Premier guitar. he claimed that someone sent it to him after they told him they wanted to make a whole line of "Custom Les Claypool Resonators", but when he received it, it was a cheap plywood piece of crap with a "Made In China" sticker. But he still liked the sound of it enough that he had a pickup installed into it.

Finally, As for his pedalboard,

He uses the Line 6 DL4, Line 6 DM4, Korg AX300b (Not a 3000), Two MXR M-80's (The things on the left of the DM4), Boss Tuner, Two A/B swithces (The Pink Boxes), and the Boomerang Phrase Sampler. The only two I can't tell from the picture in this thread are the one on the left of the DL4 and the one on the right of the Tuner.

The Midi controller on the right is a Roland PK-5 and the Access Virus is actually mounted on top of it. I'm not sure whether he uses the Micron or the Virus to process his bass, or if he even uses them for his bass. I thought I've seen him step on it for playing back sounds sorta like Moog Pedals, but I could be mistaken.

Since Les Claypool has been one of my idols in bass playing ever since, I was happy to see this thread. As a young bassist in the 90ies I tried to emulate his sound (as well as Flea’s sound) with my huge Mesa Boogie rig. Now, a “few” years later, I am still curious about his bass gear

Can anybody confirm which Ampeg cabinets he is currently using? And which model exactly.
The one in this video looks like a “SVT-410HE Bassbox, 4 x 10", 500 W, 8 Ohm”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn7J7eQ1TBk

In many of his most recent performances he uses this type of cabinets seen in the very beginning of the video.

Which cabs are these? The logo seems to be the Ampeg sign but I cannot figure out which model this is? (In some videos you can see that he uses them with wedges or something).
