Here's a song that was recorded just last weekend by my friend's 15-year-old-daughter's band, Fake Muse.

My band (guitar and drums) mates backed her up, and I did the production chores.

It's called "Slow Down", and is about a former guitar player that couldn't cut it in her band. It's a pretty funky little rock tune.

Hey, my band, Distorted Personalities, from Prague, just released our debut album Dark Possibilities.

We blend rap with alternative rap, progressive rock, and other genres.

I use an Ibanez 5 string tuned standard and a BTB7 tuned G0D1A1D2G2C3F3, sometimes overdubbing them together, with a high and low part.

There are bass solos in the intro of Civil War and the end of Body. I use tapping quite a bit and also like to do jazz-like walking over rock progressions. The most bass-led songs are Silent Screaming and Cloud

What the heck I might as well. Ok, so first off, I'm almost 40 now, I wasn't in a serious playing out at bars band until my mid 30's. My current band Cerebelles went into the studio in Feb and recorded a track. Here it is:
