dude, as soon as my bands "likes" clicks up one then I'll "like" your band...and I'm guessing everyone else in this thread feels the same way...do you see how this works...
Nope I dont feel the same way. I dont care if I dont get likes back. Ill like anyones band it doesnt take much effort so why not?

I couldn't agree more...I listen to a lot of stuff that is being posted in this thread (and in a bunch of other threads too)I'm just looking for band likes, just like most everyone else in this thread.
Ever considered paying for likes? Theres guys on craigslist for like 10$ you can get 1000 likes or atleast they claim that...

Yeah, lots of people offer that service and it works (as long as your only goal is the 'likes', not true fans or even real people). Most of the time they're bots and Facebook shuts the accounts down after a little bit and you lose all your new likes. Most of the people that offer to get you likes for money do not guarantee the likes will stay and will not replenish them once they're gone.

If everyone waits to see a like to like another band.... then it'll be a bunch of dudes standing around looking at each other playing pocket pool.
The only way this works is if it is used the way it was started- everyone likes everyone and then trust that everyone else will do the same.

I think for reciprocal 'likes' to actually work, we need your real name (or the name you use on Facebook) as well as your TB username.
I'm seeing new likes on my Facebook page, but mostly can't match them up to the users who've posted their pages in this thread. It's all very well for John Doe to like my page, but how am I going to like his page in return if I don't know who he is on TB or what his band's name is?

Not sure that doing reciprocal 'likes' is going to work. My plan was/is just to "carpet bomb" the provided list with likes. Problem is, most that got in early probably aren't following anymore and we late-comers will have to rely on those that come after us- that makes it especially important for us to keep this FB 'Ponzi scheme' going!

haha, you are right, it is like a pyramid scheme, the only people who make out are the first ones in.
