Lets de-rattle a room

K, what is the best way to de-rattle a room? I am not talking about Duralex, etc but making my music room quiet as in NO RATTLES. Any adhesive pads, etc to put behind poster frames???

Good question, I have the same problem and it drives me crazy.

The only thing I can say is you need to have help. Turn up the bass and hit some notes that cause the rattles and buzzes and have a friend pinpoint the exact offenders.
