Let's see those Green basses!

Let this one go once...not again!

The abalone and rosewood are really extra special!

'91 MIJ shop order/custom color. Sherwood Forest green with matching headstock. I bought this new in '91 from a friend who got it in Japan while on tour. Sold it in '97 and regretted it immediately. Found it again in a local shop two weeks ago. Yay!

I believe Sherwood Green to be the best green for bass, especially for Fenders. I was back and forth about ordering my CS '64 Jazz in Sherwood Green & White/Mint or Candy Apple Red & Tort. Eventually, the Candy Apple won, but both are terrific combos. ;)

I love the color in that pic and unfortunately when I bought a Margarita metallic L2000, it didn't look like that at all. It was a very pale lime green.

That a great G&L color. When i was playing G&L SB-2's Tobacco Burst was my favorite. But seeing that Margarita metallic, would be a serious consideration.

I love Sherwood Green but for me the best green for Fender (and Fender style) basses is Seafoam Green.
