I'm happy with the sounds. It's bright, aggressive, and doesn't stay in its corner. There are no knobs because I don't like knobs. Obviously I like options, just not if they're infinitely variable.

They're labeled Dracowire. Either designed by Duncan, or made by them, can't recall.

Absolutely love the futuristic shape!
Also quite bold to chose a pink bass, and even if I don't normally like basses with fret boards made of light colored wood, maple I presume, I must admit that if the bass absolutely had to be pink, it would be the wood that would suit it the best.
I have some fantasies including 3 pickup basses as well, and this is how I imagine them looking:
My Ibanez Mikro which currently have a P/J set of EMG Geezer Butler pickups installed, in this picture photomanipulated to also yield a Seymour Duncan Rickenbacker neck pickup as well in the far neck position (should be just possible, if a quite tight fit):
