I believe you. But even accounting for the shadow, it looks like there's about half again as much to twice as much room on the G string side.

I once ambitiously routed my JooDee Performer for two more pickups w/ combos, but have since found I only ever use the middle switch position - that is, the Bartolini P, which has always sounded the best. All in all, I 'd rather have the wood back (OK, TWSS).

Something like that. But phone cameras have a tendency to distort the pictures they're taking, and it's angle-dependent, so it's hard to tell just from one photo.
