Let's spread some musical misinformation

If you come back from a loud rock concert and there is ringing in your ears, then you may or may not have cause permanent hearing damage.
To ascertain if you have any damage, first determine at what pitch your ears are ringing.

A, B, C, D, E, F, or G

Vowels are softer on your ears than consonants, so if your ears are ringing a pitch of "A" or "E", then you've done no damage.
Ringing "C" or "F", then you've incurred minor damage that may become more apparent later in life.
Pitched ringing of "B" or "D" means your hearing has sustained heavy damage and the effects will be known immediately to you.

If the ringing in your ears is a "G" note, then you are going straight to hell buster!

Guitar string manufacturers purposely put balls on one end of a string and silk on the other to remind players of the importance of hand placement when playing their instruments. If you play closer to the neck (towards the silk) end of the string yours notes will sound silky smooth. If you play closer to bridge (towards the ball end of the string) your notes will have more attack or "balls".

When you said balls on one end I thought you were going to make an inappropriate joke, but since you didn't...

If your guitard is a real Richard, you should buy him a Wangcaster. They're known to help guitards wank less on-stage!

Apparently Yoda plays bass too.
