Let's spread some musical misinformation

Bill Wyman is the original "bass face" model.

After seeing his own pic, which he didn't like, he became the stone faced bass player we all know and love.

And, he has such small hands and was poor, he could only afford a child size instrument until the Stones began making money.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

So you want us to believe that Bill's hands started growing after the Stones made money?
Hey, It could happen.

When you die your hair/nails, nose and hands keep growing. :woot:

Meanwhile, the Canadians keep subtly invading foreign airwave-space with their music and increasing the size of their slice of the sonic pie; they go unnoticed because they're so damn polite about it.

Soon, yas, wery soon Ve vill TEK OPHER ZE VERALD!

*cough*

S'cuse me, sorry for that outburst...
Here in Montana we were organizing defense troops to stop you at the border, but your radio stations and beer are so much better than ours we decided to let you in anyhow.

Brenda Lee's "I'm Sorry" was written by Dub Allbriten, who later admitted that he bought the lyrics off a Canadian when he was at a "Just for Laughs" show in Montreal.

In the movie "Remanent" a bass player (Leonardo DiCaprio) gets washed down an ice-cold river, goes over a cliff on a horse, gets tapped out by a bear but still has his Squier VM intact at the end of it.

Little credit is given to Leo's stunt bass, a brave Peavey T-40 named Maddy Hattington who had to do all these stunts while wearing an uncomfortable Squier suit. Worse, the different filming units had Jazz, Jaguar, Dimension and Precision suits. Several editing errors later, and Maddy was "..the most confused stunt bass in Ireland."

There was no actual filming done in Ireland...
