Let's spread some musical misinformation

The band Survivor once faced a very tough career decision - whether to license "Eye of The Tiger" to "Rocky", or "Eye Of The Tigger" to Disney.

Nobody's going to pooh pooh that comment.

Little known fact:The Donnie Iris song Ah! Leah! was written about "Princess Leia" of Star Wars.seems Donnie was smitten by that character. Copyright laws made it impossible to use the name "Princess Leia "in the tittle or the song. They made him spell the name different, and he was not allowed to use any reference to Star Wars. So he changed the name and the lyrics.

Yoda is Geddy. Geddy is Yoda. I'm not sure which star wars character Neil Peart is.
I know...

Left-handed Basses also require reverse-round strings. Once the windings are reversed, rounds sound like flats and vice versa. Half-rounds sound only half-empty, as reverse half-rounds are feeling a little flat too.

The biggest problem I find with putting right-wound strings on a lefty bass is that the windings come undone. However, if the bass is south of the equator the process is slowed down somewhat.

Still, though, make sure you have the correct direction of windings on your bass.

I mistakenly bought strings for lefties and after stringing up my righty, the universe imploded and I barely managed to escape into this universe.

Imagine how many parallel universes must be blowing up all the time, just for one simple directional winding change.

That's why E from Eels always uses the wrong strings, as his dad is responsible for all those parallel universes

So you restrung your righty back in 1939?

Of course it may have been Count Bassie,Tesla and the Count were both trying to improve the volume of the upright bass. Both were heard to say "I can't hear the bass player, can't somebody turn him up"? So nobodies sure who came up with the original idea.
