Let's spread some musical misinformation

Best be careful about telling deliberate tall tales, even in jest! Had a teen girlfriend who was not the sharpest chisel in the toolbox, told her that the little weirdo town of Summerville, California, was founded by a cult and originally called "Sumer-Ville", named after ancient Sumeria, and what do you know, I caught her repeating that story to other people and swearing that it was absolutely true! Not surprisingly, she never believed me when I told her actually true things like "no, I am not shaging your best friend". (Looking back, I realize what an epic mistake I made in that particular situation). Some people, conspiracy theorists for example, will only believe something if it is patently and obviously a load of horsepoopie, and doubt anything that is actually true.
