My most advanced recipe is banana walnut with white chocolate. The trick is to cut up the bananas before and freezing them in plastic wrap so they don't stick together and then mixing those in last so they cook properly. A little extra vanilla extract and some cinamon helps.

Personally I don't care for chocolate chip ... my favourite used to be ginger and lemon.
