The Subway cabs are obviously popular and great sounding, but I'll throw the Genzler BA15-3 into the mix. Very strong (and not muddy) lows and the mid/upper drivers give a smooth, clear, balanced, and well-dispersed response.
Orange OBC 112. Killer tone and 26 lbs.
Those are nice cabs. I only ever played one with the Terror Bass thougj. How's the baked in tone?
It’s pretty low end heavy as their are no tweeters and it’s ported. I use 2 of them with a Terrorbass 500 or my Ashdown ABM 600. I pretty much run the bass control on my heads down around 9 O’clock, Miss at about 3 O’clock and treble around 1-2 O’clock. I get a TODn of compliments from sound guys and other bassists. Mainly using Spector Basses but occasionally Fender Jazzes.
