Lightest 4-string?

I would think any one of the various Steinberger-esque headless basses would be pretty light. (Hohner, Ibanez Axstar, Steinberger Spirit/Synapse/etc…)

Does anyone know how much a Status Streamline graphite bass weighs?

The original Steinberger L/XL basses aren't really all that light. They're compact, but very dense. Some of the cheaper wooden Steinberger clones were very light, though of variable quality otherwise. The Synapse is hardwood around a graphite core, and should be somewhere between the two, which is to say, pretty light but not insanely so.

Status Graphite uses a very different construction technique from the Steinbergers for their Stealth and Streamline designs. Rob builds cores out of a lightweight plastic foam, much as is done for surfboards, then covers them with sheets of carbon fiber+epoxy to form a strong, rigid shell. They're amazing to play and incredibly light. A 4-string Streamline will come in between 6 and 7 lbs, depending on the options (the neck LEDs add electronics and another battery).
