Lights for dance floors and weddings

Hi there my locally successful cover band of 3 years is starting to get some wedding offers, though we are not a traditional wedding band, they understand that and are ok with it....Anyway, we lack in the light department and have only been running 1 Chauvet 4 bar for our bar gigs and I would like to pick another one up, but i think we could use some party effect lights of some sort for the dance floor.... any recommendations? The GigBar looks interesting but pricey, I was thinking about the Chauvet Swarm 5, start with one and get a second further down the road. Anyone use these?

I got rid of my 4Bars (had 2) and just went with the esyPar64's. Not really effects but they run on a battery charge and are controlled by a blue took contorller. Setup is a snap. I attach them to the top of my QSC tops to a small piece of wood and don't even have to bring stands.

LEDs made lighting so much easier.
Now for a couple hundreds you can get something like a 4bar that won't feel like you're doing UVs, can achieve awesome automated effects and folds up to fit in the back of the trunk.

My old band used one or two of these:

to great affect. You wouldn't believe the coverage just one of these has. They are light (weight) and can be hung using a simple S clip or a small bungee cord. They don't get hot so you can hang them near all sorts of backdrops and whatever you might encounter at various venues. We plugged them into a remote power source (like used in Christmas tree lighting), hand-held and battery operated. Very convenient.
If you're on a budget, and you want to have dancefloor lighting that gets people moving, then I would say that you really can't go wrong with one or two of these. They'll pay for themselves in no time, and your dancers will feel like they are really partying.

I actually found a video of a similar light, I don't think it's the same exact model, but you'll get the idea anyway.
