Line6/SpiderRemote to AI without Spider amp?

I have the spider v remote software on my Mac and a focusright scarlet solo.

Is there a way I can play my bass through the software to my audio interface without having a line 6 amplifier?

From what I can tell, the remote software only controls parameters on the Line6 amp. It’s not a sound engine on its own. So, no.

You’d need something like Helix Native or Amplitube to do what you’re thinking you can do.
