Double Bass Long term, amplifier investment

The problem today with the “long term” amp invest, that the current D-class amps, very problematic to repair, since the lot of miniature and glued together components, mostly If the model discontinued by the manufacturer....For example Aguilar don’t send circuit diagram for discontinued models......My old amps was very easy to repair.....

Perhaps, amplifiers with ICE, Pascal, and Hypex power sections are for the most part very reliable, so they don't often have to be repaired. Ultimately, it's
the company building the amplifier that decides to make "short cuts" which lead to components failing.. The only amplifier I own that could be called "easy to repair" is my B-15N(C) simply
because Fliptops.net is a source for all the components. Acoustic Image and Euphonic Audio stand behind their products and repair them.
