Looking for 5 string & 24 frets bass

If u can find a used MTD Kingston Heir 5-string at a reasonable price and drop in Bart pickups and preamp (that's what i did), you're pretty much set. Alternatively, Lakland 55-02s are pretty awesome ... or perhaps a used US 55-14.

Spector euro 5 has 17.5mm spacing? Comfort when slapping on basses of different string spacing is very subjective. It would come down to what you are comfortable with and your slap technique. You could adjust your technique to suit w/e string spacing but much easier to get one you naturally feel more comfortable with. Some people are fine with the narrowness of 16mm while others prefer nothing less than 19mm. You'll never know till you spend some time with one.

Tone wise, it is again subjective but shouldn't be an issue eqing a great slap tone out of it. I haven't heard anyone complain about that.

I've got a fantastic Warwick FNA for you with an upgraded Bartolini pickup, coil tapping (you'll never see that on stock FNA's), and a very tonally flexible Audere Pro Z preamp... Meets all of your criteria except the 35" scale, but it has a TIGHT B-string (and I don't really notice a difference in 34" on this bass vs my 35" scale Spector USA Bolt-On... but the B is waaay better on the Warwick).
