I currently have a TC electronics bam200 as my amp head. It has a minimum load of 4 ohms and a wattage of 200. I think i want about a 2x10 or 1x10. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice

Look used in the classified here first, and on major retailers websites. Fender Rumble and Peavey are probably your best budget options.
I think it's best to look used if you are on a budget. I see lots of Hartke, Peavey, older Markbass and David Eden (inc usa stuff) cabs cheap on Facebook marketplace in my area. A 2x10 will be enough for your needs.
The Warwick Gnome Pro CAB 2/10/4 only costs $263 on Thomann, and the customer ratings and feedback are excellent.

Avatar 2x10 and 1x12 are pretty cheap used, and they are well built and sound great

The Ampeg 210 cab is a nice weight, size, and I pair it with a BAM 200. It gets a little flubby at louder volumes, but I still like it.
Put any used cabinet through its paces at loud volumes to check for rattles.
Older heavy cabs are usually very cheap used.

But seriously, that amp outputs 140Watts@8ohms optimistically.
IF you're sure you'll be loud enough with a single cab then go for a lightweight 4ohm with as many speakers and whatever size driver in it as you like.
I would suggest hedging your bet with a Hartke HD112. They're light and can handle your amps power at 4ohms but are also switchable to 8ohms if you end up needing more volume. Just add another 8ohm cab.

You don't say where you are, but if you have craigslist or facebook marketplace, Avatar cabs are a real value right now. There was a NEO 210 near me for just $100. Can't beat that!
These. Last year I bought a used Hartke 210xl for $50. It’s heavy but sounds great. Also bought an Avatar 210 a few years ago that was a good deal. Old tech cabs like these are great deals as long as the drivers are correct and working properly, as long as weight isn’t a concern.
if buying new, i really like the TC cabs, and they're pretty reasonably priced. there's also peavy, which is great bang for buck and not bad sounding.
you don't mention a budget, which might make it easier for us to make recommendations. also how about weight?

I can vouch for those Avatar B210 Neo cabinets.
I'll soon hit year 17 of using two B210 Neo's as my main gigging cabinets in a working country/rock group.
They've more than proven themselves to be great, out in the real world in a live band, gigging cabs.

Not necessarily gear advice here but one of my best deals was locally on fb marketplace. I picked up an Ashdown 410 deep for $85. It was a guy selling it VERY locally from his church setup and he kept holding out until a convenient buyer popped up for him. Turns out I was 3/4 mi down the road from his church and I grabbed it Sunday right after they were done. Easy peasy.
Ampeg 112AV the best out of that line IMO....its fairly light, and sounds really good.
