Looking for Strange and Unique Pedals

Hello all. So after years of not being a pedal user I finally started drinking the kool-aid. I've got my basic sounds covered, or at least I think I do, but I really want to add some strange or unique effects. Have you all got any recommendations?

Current Setup: volume pedal, blueberry bass overdrive, fuzz against the machine, hotone rotary simulator, ehx bad stone phaser, mxr carbon copy, ehx bass micro synth.

CT5 would be a great place to start.

Check out Industrialectric. The 4046-M is one of the most truly messed-up sounding pedals I've ever heard.

Don't know about strange, but if you want unique, check out the mooer lo-fi machine. it's a small bit crusher pedal. my brother got me one for christmas and it sounded pretty cool. not really an effect I use a lot, but it is fun to mess around with. there's also the t.c electronics vortex flanger. on tape mode, there's a setting that makes the flanger sound like the volume level to go in and out. not quite sure if this is what you're looking, but give these pedals a shot.

Check companies like Malekko - (Charlie Foxtrot, Scruatator, the new ones that I can't remember the names of), Montreal Assembly - pretty much everything that guy makes is weird except his overdrive, which is just and overdrive), IdiotBox - (Dimension X, Lazer Fuzz, Death Ray, Mad Doctor)Recovery Effects - (Cutting Room Floor, Bad Comrade, Total Sonic Destruction, Dirty Murals), Copilot FX - (pretty much everything is weird), Mid-Fi - (pretty much everything is weird), Dwarfcraft - (Wizard of Pitch, Gears, most of the fuzzes are crazy, ARF, Mini-Van, Pitch Grinder, Memento) . All of those companies make more than one weirdo pedal. Also, why do I not own any Dwarfcraft stuff?

Devi ever fuzz's usually involve something weird in them as well...

I have one noise song I did with this that sounds like it should be in the film "aliens"... Kind of crickets chirping to weird what I imagine to be "space noises"... Was pretty out there

I am noticing many of these pedals are being demo'd by guitar players. I had had difficulty with some guitar geared pedals in the past not fully voicing on the lower frequencies of my bass very well. Do these pedals typically translate well between the two instruments?

The CT5 works perfectly well on bass. The Arcadiator can have issues tracking lower notes when you are using the second octave down. One octave down is fine. Really, the Arcadiator works perfectly well on Bass. The Judder is also supposed to work well on bass. I will find out later this week

@Mosfed. He has a ton of cool pedals. I'm sure he could help out with this. I'd like to have an old Musictronics Mu-Tron Phasor II. Don't be fooled by the title "guitar" all of their products sound great with a bass. Just a suggestion.

Hands down the weirdest I've seen so far is the vocaloid Korg Miku Stomp. If you don't know what a vocaloid or Hatsune Miku is, there's more info here. (I had to look it up.)
