Looking good TB.

You apparently have to click the bump button, rather than reply to your own thread with the word bump.

It worked for one sale thread I have. I went to do it in another. Before clicking bump, I deleted a post that said bump in an effort to clean up the thread. Then I tried to click bump, and it said I have 1400 some odd minutes before I can bump. So by deleting a post in my own thread, the system apparently recognized that as a bump.

According to the FAQ, the classifieds are all now 1-post. So if you have to ask a question, I suppose that is done via PM only. If the seller wants to answer publicly, they must copy/paste the question and answer into the original listing. Seems a little cumbersome, but I'm not minding the rest of the changes.

I like it overall, but I think the new aesthetics are going to lead to a lot of eye strain for me. I wish there was a darker color scheme theme you could choose in stead of just "talk bass 2014" and "talk bass classic."

The TB "Retro" style is better than the default IMO.

Does anyone know if there is a feature to see all the threads you have posted it? Like the Android app under the "participated" tab?

Yeah, I was wondering that.

It seems you just scroll down the thread list and look for a mini version of your avatar sitting on the OP's avatar - or am I missing something?

It also seems the app is now redundant.

I just saw that. I can't add add-ons on my work computer though, which sucks.

Bummer, but there may be a workaround for that. I'll poke around a little and see if I can suss one. I'm really liking what I've got now after a few more tweaks to the first try I posted upthread.

Edit: Could you get away with changing your browser's global background color setting?

Wow really? RIP classifieds. I don't buy or sell a lot, but I read them all the time for fun, and was always happy to give a free bump for a good deal.

What a cluttered mess. The Retro screen helps but not enough. Default screen was completely unbearable.

Still can't see who's online or their location without going through a bunch of extra clicks and menu's. Can't use smileys without again more extra clicks and menu's. Most of them look like dumb cartoon characters anyway.

All in all, just a whole bunch of extra, unnecessary clicking around and digging through menu's just to get something done.

I know it's a lot of work, but I'm really not seeing this as an improvement...sorry.

On an Android phone here using the browser as usual.

Yay.....retro screen is giving locations...still can't tell who's online though.

What's up with Likes and Followers and Newsfeeds and stuff? All that extra stuff is one of many reasons I quit facebook. Can we disabke all that stuff?

Apparently I have "trophy points" or something...what are these?
