I'd say add two more Rumble 210s. That'll give you the 8x10s at 800 watts, with two vertically arrayed 4x10s for that coupling effect that regular 410s don't have. But, it'll be much more mobile than an actual fridge.

Interesting, if you open up an Ampeg 8x10 cab, it's really four 2x10 enclosures stacked together.
