It couldn't hurt. Hell...it might get you back in the saddle. But, be mindful of her feelings. She might genuinely like you, and you've just gotten out of something intense, so you may project your feelings about your ex onto her.

Hmmm. Somehow I get the sneaking suspicion that those children were hand picked from thousands of others whose answers were something along the lines of "Love sucks! Cooties are gross!" I mean, don't those answers seem a little too perfect?

She's a different enough girl from my last that I don't think I'll have any trouble keeping my feelings apart. New girl (I'm not gonna use names here) is very outgoing and outspoken, which is not a character trait that I have had much expieriance with in terms of dating. My last was fairly introspective and quiet. I kinda helped her out of her shell a little bit. But she's nowhere near the level of social interaction that New Girl is. But social interaction is what I need right now. And yes, I'm going to be VERY mindful of her feelings. There are now three women in this world that I have hurt. I do NOT want there to be a fourth.

It happened because I got sloppy and made mistakes. I either didn't devote my full attention to them, or made them feel unloved. Nothing was on purpose, but all of it could have been prevented.

i dont have a gf,fiance or wife. love is when your mom, every christmas places a stocking on your favorite bass, which she knows is pretty much like your right arm and then proceeds to put money in the stocking so you can get strings or picks or whatever for the bass. my mom died 4 years ago and i keep putting that stocking on my bass every year in hopes that........
