I think sherwood green is one of the best - if not the best - colour for a precision, but as I came here to say (only to have BGroovy beat me to it) the gold anodized guard, rather than the ubiquitous tort, is IMO the pickguard that complements it best (much classier-looking than tort).

Love the color. Very distinguished. With some age, that will be beautiful. I’d try a black pickguard, maybe an anodized one.

I love the color of the bass… the tort pick guard, not so much, especially with the green.

But seriously, just get it refinished. If you love everything else about the bass, then a new finish is worth it. Get the smoked color you like, which seems like it would go well with the tort.

Just think of it as really aged Lake Placid Blue... I don't much care for green basses but that one looks just fine to me.

I don’t like Sherwood either, but swapping the pickguard seems like your best option. I think the gold In page 1 looks much better than the tort.

And that is an amazing fretboard. VERY nice.

Good grief, I'd keep it based on that rosewood fretboard alone. That's beautiful. I do like Sherwood Green too, though.
