I miss my LEJ 5/21 TTBurst w/matching headstock...:hmm:
FedEx did send the check to Brian and I'm having the neck rebuilt w/Rosewood fretboard as it was and he's adding in MOP blocks...

It'll be like a new bass all over again...

Now, I must be patient... :(

I'm pretty sure I have the only 4 single coil, walnut/ebony 4 string on order :hyper: Looks beautiful!

So theres an LEJ that "was" yours.... Does that mean there is another coming that "will" be yours? :)

Yeah buddy!!! Ash/maple with birdseye board & pearl dots. I thinking about getting the white frost paint job. But I'm open to other colors. Help me out guys! Currently own TT burst with pearloid pickguard and daphne blue with tort pickguard.

Mine is the one right above it...mahogany body, pearl blocks, maple board. It'll be sonic blue, pearloid guard, and a matching headstock. It even has pearloid binding! Pimpy!! :D It'll also have jazz bass knobs, with custom j bass stack knobs for the treble/bass, chrome hardware, and 66 Jazz lollipop tuners! And an iGig bag! I can't wait! I've been REALLY looking forward to this one!

Oh man. The colour decision is always a tough one. So many of the LEJ finishes I see have me thinking, "Yeah, I'd get a colour like that". Probably explains why I have a third being built :D

I dig the natural ash/maple look. All white/maple combos look awesome so I imagine white frost would look very cool. At the moment I have a black bass and a TT burst myself and the bass above just has to be natural walnut with a top like that. I think colour just has to be one of those things where you rely on your instincts. If white frost is grabbing you before you analyse it too much, thats probably a winner.

Hey LowBSix!! I'm good friends with the U.A. rep. I'm sure you have run into him, he actually used to rep KRK. Good to see that Schroeder and LEJ's are represented at West L.A. Music!!

Are you speaking of Dave? If so, he's awesome!

I like the Schroeder cabs; Jorg is right up there with Brian!

Preference for cabs these days is MESA Phowerhouse 2x10 and 2 1x12s
with the MESA M6 .... Clean or Growling ....:cool:

OK fellows, not getting the ash body/maple fret. I went to LowEnd and played the fiesta red relic and couldnt put it down. So, it left with me. Wasn't a fan of fiesta red, but the bass played so good. Playabliity out weighed looks in this case. Think I'm going to let Brian put single coils in it. Starting to really dig them now. Peace!

P.S. My LEJ gas has been cured. :eyebrow:
