Lowest Priced New Basses Ever??

I bought one of these on wish about a month ago. Have fun with the frets they make you bleed. I had to sand down the neck with 120 grit to start and go down to 1000 grit to finished just to make it feel good and I finished mine with a few coats of true oil. The tuners are probably the worst out there also from my end I had to replace them ASAP I got loose parts so that wasn’t a big deal and the pickups actually sounded good on mine I could believe it on how cheap I got this bass.

I would have ordered one if they threw in a 3pk of socks or something. :)
It will be interesting to see how this plays out...maybe the guy needs to dump his stock for cash and shippers are offering bulk discounts on anything leaving China, who knows. The latest feedbacks look suspicious, the account may have been hacked recently like someone else in this thread mentioned. Doesn't matter, eBay or paypal will pick up the tab.

Hmm

I don't want to cast any aspersions, but Robber (sorry, Robhe :) ) seems to have "sold" an awful lot of basses to first-time buyers (I'm assuming an entry like "q***0 (0)" indicates a first-time buyer), and his recent feedback is poor.

My guess is that someone has hacked a genuine seller's account.

I guess the good news is that you'll get refunded if it's a scam and eBay will be the loser.

NOT TRUE

I bought a $35 bass and a $85 bass from him.

Both shipped without a problem, one had a tracking number and one did not.

Not a scam.

Not a hacked account.

Why do people insist on spreading misinformation ????????????????????????

That's how they set the scam up, if - see my post above - it's a scam.

I'm not touching it. He's supposedly sold hundreds of instruments but has only 128 ratings. I'll be interested to see how this plays out though.

Pete

I can't deny it does look suspicious, like maybe the original account got hacked. But, what the hey, worse comes to worse, I send Paypal an email and get refunded.

These may be the lowest priced basses ever. Totally insane!

$19.99 Exquisite Burning Fire Style Electric Bass Guitar Golden | eBay

With free shipping.
I personally liked the "fashion white bass" I picked up something like this a year back, a guy I did a cymbal trade for an SWR combo pestered me to by this jazz copy thing from him for $10, the neck alignment was hilarious, played and sounded ok, I gave it away.

Even if somebody did a "hacked account" scam on ebay, the end user is unaffected.

If you don't get your bass, Paypal refunds your money. It's as simple as that.

All the wet blankets on TB said the same thing about the $35 p-basses from the same seller.

Yet, we all got them.

No one got ripped off.

Not firewood, not box of bricks; but a playable bass guitar.

Ordered the black one with the Amp. Delivery around March 9-17. We will see...
My Black Glarry and Amp from NJ that I purchased on Monday March 2nd Is now showing estimated delivery on March 14th. Meanwhile, the White Glarry from China I ordered on Friday Feb 28th is still showing estimated delivery of April 6th. I remain optimistic in spite of all the pessimistic banter.
