Double Bass LR Baggs Para Acoustic DI

Interesting discovery today when using the Baggs Para FX effect jack as my main output. The FX jack is TRS,
The FX jack is TRS: are you talking of the input or effects output jack?
but if you plug-in a mono TS cable it allows you to bypass all the Para functions except gain trim, now sending a pure un-affected signal from the input jack to the FX output jack.
The mono TS cable is plugged into the effects out?
Forgive me, but that was not very clear to me.
Thanks!

The FX jack is designed as a in/out TRS jack. Plugging into the Para Input jack gives you the regular affected signal sent to the Output jack, and the FX jack acts as an additional un-affected output only affected by the Gain control --that is if you use a mono TS jack with the the FX jack.
